Mixoris is the head of the Creative Pokemon Fanon world. He judges stuff for the sake of the world and builds it more and more. His full name is Mixoris Siroxim. He owns the Legendary Pokemon Piraliekis.

Mixoris is a fun loving guy and is willing ot hear other ideas. His voice is very deep. Like evil deep. But evil Robotic deep. But Mixoris isn't evil or good. He is just the creator of this world meaning he can't take sides.
